All exercises for focus, body awareness and calm

Here you find all Teselora Games exercises at a glance. There are 30 short games for children from age 3, sorted into five areas: attention, body and coordination, memory, calm and feelings, and logic and thinking. Each exercise takes 2 to 8 minutes and you do it together, with no screen.

18 exercises come with a printable A4 template. The other 12 need no materials or only things you have at home: pencils, buttons, a die or a small ball. Every exercise explains in a few steps what you do and has ideas for making it a little harder over time. One or two exercises a day are enough, and short and regular beats long and rare.

The exercises are meant for kids with ADHD, diagnosed or not, and for every child who finds sitting still, listening or waiting hard. Everything is free with no sign-up. The games are practice and time together. They do not replace a diagnosis or therapy.
